Studio Policies 

ENTRANCE TO THE STUDIO

*All safety protocols are subject to change in conjunction with the state regulations.

*All guests agree to NOT enter if they have tested positive for COVID-19. 

*Management reserves the right to take temperatures of guests at any time (over 100.4 degrees will not permitted to enter).

*Management reserves the right to refuse or halt service to any guests who do not adhere to the policies.

*B.LEE PRODUCTIONS has a zero tolerance policy when it comes to bullying. Discrimination and harassment is prohibited at all times on B.LEE PRODUCTIONS property. This includes, but is not limited to discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, or disability for anyone present at The Studio or not. 

PRIVATE LESSONS/COACHINGS

*LATENESS/ARRIVAL: Lessons are booked to accommodate many students. If you are late to your lesson, you will begin the lesson when you arrive and end at your scheduled end time. You will be charged fully for the lesson. Please also arrive for your lesson on time. The lesson before you may be on the stage and your early arrival could interrupt their rehearsal.  

*CANCELLATIONS: We understand you may have to cancel from time to time, and we commit to be as accommodating as possible. If you cancel the day of more than 3 times within a 3 month period, you will be put on probation and will have to prepay for the future lessons for a time of 3 months, or give up your time slot. If you cancel 4 times in a row, you must give up your time slot.

*NO SHOWS: No shows will incur a fee of $25. If you have 3 no shows within a 3 month period, you will be charged the full amount of your lesson, and will be put on probation to prepay. 

*Invoices must be paid upon receipt. A late fee of $15 per week will automatically incur if not paid within one week of receipt.

*Biweekly slot can only be a 30 minute lesson. Hour long slots cannot be held for biweekly students.

SUMMER PROGRAM

*COVID GUIDELINES: All current COVID guidelines are strictly enforced. 

*PERMISSION: Parent/guardians agree that the attendee, to the best of their knowledge, is in good physical condition and is capable of participating in activities like dramatic play, arts, and movement. They give their child/attendee permission to partake in these activities on the B.Lee Productions property. They understand that activities associated with this program have an inherent risk factor, and that all appropriate precautions will be taken for the safety of the child. They give their permission to the B.Lee Productions staff and/or hospital staff to administer proper medical assistance to their child/attendee. They agree not to hold B.Lee Productions or any of their agents responsible in the event of injury to their child/attendee and/or if their child/attendee contracts COVID-19.  

*START/END TIME: The program begins at 9am and ends at 3pm. We DO NOT offer before and after care programs. Parent/guadians agree to to drop off the attendee when the program begins and pick up the attendee when the program ends. 

*CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: All booking deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Subsequent invoiced payments are refundable up to 14 days prior to the start of the sessions if you need to cancel. Credit/makeups for any missed days/weeks will not be issued.  If you have to quarantine due to COVID diagnosis, you will be given the option to virtually attend the day(s). Refunds will not be given due to quarantine. If the session has to suddenly go fully virtual due to statewide regulations, you will be given the option to continue virtual days, or accept a refund for the amount of days that are left in a session. Makeup days due to cancellations by the owner, state of emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. 

STUDIO CLASSES (not currently in session)

*COVID GUIDELINES: Masks will not be enforced when inside, but attendees are encouraged to wear them if they feel more comfortable. If you test positive for COVID, you will stay home with a virtual option for 5 days, and then return in person while wearing a mask for 5 days. These policies are subject to change as any current guidance is updated. 

*PERMISSION: Parent/guardians agree that the attendee, to the best of their knowledge, is in good physical condition and is capable of participating in activities like dramatic play, arts, and movement. They give their child/attendee permission to partake in these activities on the B.Lee Productions property. *CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: If you have to cancel more than 7 days before the start of a class, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel WITHIN 7 days of the start of a class, your payment can be used as a credit for a future class/event. If you cannot attend a class during a session period, you are welcome to join us virtually. Credit/makeups for any missed classes will not be issued. If the class has to suddenly go fully virtual due to statewide regulations, you will be given the option to continue virtual classes, or accept a refund for the amount of classes that are left in a session. Makeup days due to cancellations by the owner, state of emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis. 

*Virtual options for classes will be given upon request and for COVID quarantine. 

*In person showcases will limit attendance based on the current regulations.
